About Me
My name is Paul MacEoghain (prn. Porl Mac Cow-ann). I'm a Voice Actor with a versatile, friendly and distinctive voice. I'd love to help you make a success of your project, and think I'd prove an asset to you.
I studied with Theatre Gym under the tutelage of Jen Bradley and Tal Jakubowiczova, Gravy for the Brain and also have a degree in animation.
I feel that my background as an animator (and by default a voice actor for my own productions) makes me an ideal candidate for any production. I can do most UK accents, general American and a couple of impressions.
I have a purpose built, soundproofed recording booth in my animation studio and use an Audio-Technica AT2035 mic with a Focusright Scarlet 2i2 audio interface and record & edit on a Lenovo Thinkpad with a core i7 processor running Windows 10 using Audacity and/or Adobe Audition.

n my time, I have worked for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4 on numerous television light entertainment programmes, so I'm fully conversant with the workings of a recording studio and will provide you with a professional and enjoyable experience.
I honestly believe that this job is what I was meant to do. It's the perfect match for my skills, experience and interests.
I thrive on experimenting with different concepts and have been commended for inspiring and developing unique and thought-provoking ideas. I have cultivated role interpretation, character building and audience engagement skills. These strengths, combined with my passion for the industry have created a strong foundation to meet the needs of any role.
I am artistic and dependable but also aim to bring a cheerful and enthusiastic attitude to every project.
Turn-Around Time/Availability: I am available to start on your project right away, and I can deliver high quality, finished files within 48 - 72 hours.
Live Directed Sessions: If needed I can participate in a live directed session via Zoom or any video conferencing platform that works for you.
